Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services for residential and business customers while educating clients on proper usage. Work outdoors in various environments, including inclement weather, to troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain connectivity across 41 states. Utilize hand tools and operate company vehicles to travel between customer premises and facilities, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Complete on-the-job training to progress through career levels and earn certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
