Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum services as a Field Technician, educating customers on use and ensuring connection quality. This entry-level role provides training and a path for career progression from Field Technician I to IV with increases at each level, including opportunities to earn industry-recognized certification. Work outdoors in diverse environments, solve technical challenges, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and travel to customer premises with on-the-job training and support to develop skills and advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required
- Fluent in English
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned locations
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in varying conditions
