Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, educate customers on usage, and solve technical challenges while working outdoors in various environments. Carry tools and equipment, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate a company vehicle across different terrains and weather conditions. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate proficiency in hand tools, computers, and software applications. Travel to assigned customer premises and company facilities as necessary, including during inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards
- Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment
- Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights
- Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
- Work with small components and wires
