Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum responsible for installing and repairing services, educating customers on usage, and providing outdoor, hands-on technical support. Daily duties include solving technical challenges, working outdoors, and building relationships with customers and colleagues. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned locations
- Language: Fluent in English
- Technical: Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Technical: Proficiency with hand tools
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record
- Physical: Ability to walk various terrains and lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work outdoors in various conditions
