Cable Service Technician

Job Summary
Technicians install and service telephone, security, video, and internet systems, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers. Complete installations according to standards, communicate with Dispatch on arrivals/departures, manage tools/vehicles, and perform daily reports. Requires local travel 100% of the time, technical development training/certification, and adherence to safety rules; fluency in English and ability to read operating instructions are required. Compensation is paid hourly with benefits and company-provided insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of three years driving history
- Pass a comprehensive criminal background check

- Must live within daily commuting distance
- No relocation assistance provided
