Job Summary
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to deliver tailored solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently. Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems while maintaining detailed records and following company procedures. Uphold privacy standards by handling sensitive information responsibly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings to ensure reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
