Job Summary
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, delivering tailored solutions by understanding needs and recommending services. Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams, manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems, and maintain detailed records while following company procedures. Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments. Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings while demonstrating reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
