Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Participate as a core member of the clinical team with direct execution of skill-building and care plans, while accurately recording session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families. No minimum case requirement; opportunity for paid training, part-time fellowship/internship options, and a path to professional advancement within the ABA field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification required before working
