Cable Puller Helper

Job Summary
Pull wire and cable through conduit, cable trays, and raceways while staging, organizing, and transporting reels, tools, and materials throughout the job site. Assist experienced electricians and cable technicians with installing power, control, communication, and low-voltage cabling using ties, clamps, and approved fastening methods. Load and unload supplies, keep work areas clean, and follow all OSHA regulations and Samsung site safety requirements. Report safety concerns or damaged equipment immediately and perform general construction tasks as assigned. Available to start at 6:30 AM with overtime and weekend availability as project needs require.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Taylor, TX
- Must be available to start work at 6:30 AM
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as project needs require
- Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and active construction operations
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, and climb ladders throughout the workday
- Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial labor experience
- Electrical or cable pulling experience
- Previous experience assisting electricians or cable installation crews
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Familiarity with industrial construction sites
- Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or commercial construction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean)
