Job Summary
Production Line Operator for Prysmian responsible for running equipment to produce quality cable products safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include following safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing setups, loading/unloading equipment, following written/verbal instructions, supporting traceability and quality documentation, and participating in cross-training. Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts, meet lifting/pushing requirements, and operate in a high-performing team with limited supervision. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic mathematic skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages)
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Opportunity to be trained and drive forklift if needed
- Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision
