Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum broadband services while educating customers on usage. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, climbing ladders up to 32 feet and working in confined spaces. Travel to customer premises and company facilities in a company vehicle, navigating various terrains and inclement weather. Operate software applications and small components while carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. Build relationships with colleagues and customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
