Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, utilizing hand tools in various outdoor environments. Solve technical challenges by climbing ladders up to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and operating company vehicles across changing terrains and inclement weather. Carry tools and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs while navigating diverse locations. This entry-level Field Technician role at Spectrum offers immediate progression from Technician I to IV with 10% pay increases per level and bonuses for completing coursework. You will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while contributing to connectivity solutions across 41 states.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
