Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools and navigate company vehicles across various terrains and inclement weather. Carry equipment weighing up to 345 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet to reach customer premises. Build relationships with colleagues and customers while maintaining a safe driving record and valid license. Earn $20+ per hour with opportunities for self-progression and certification. Work in a dynamic environment supporting Charter Communications' mission to keep people connected across 41 states.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary

- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
