Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, solving technical challenges outdoors in varying weather conditions. Utilize hand tools, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles across diverse terrains. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Work extended periods outside in any season, lifting up to 75 lbs and carrying equipment while building relationships with colleagues and customers. Earn $20+/hr from day one with opportunities for self-progression and certification within the Broadband Apprenticeship Program.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
