Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on their use. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools, operating vehicles, and working in confined spaces or at heights up to 32 feet. Travel to customer premises and company facilities in all weather conditions, carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. Earn $20+/hr with opportunities for self-progression through the Broadband Apprenticeship Program and receive free internet, TV, and mobile perks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
