Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum broadband services, educate customers on usage, and solve complex technical challenges outdoors in varying weather conditions. Utilize hand tools, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles while navigating diverse terrains and confined spaces. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. Complete on-the-job training to progress from Field Technician I to IV, earning $20+ per hour with bonuses for coursework and certifications. Work extended periods outdoors in any season while building relationships with colleagues and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
