Job Summary
Install and repair internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on their use. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, navigating various terrains and inclement weather. Carry equipment up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. Maintain proficiency in computers and software applications while building relationships with colleagues and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English

- Ability to operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
