Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum broadband services, including internet, TV, and mobile, while educating customers on usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools, operating vehicles, and navigating various terrains and inclement weather. Work in confined spaces, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and safely lift up to 75 lbs. Travel to customer premises and company facilities, maintaining a valid driver's license and fluent English proficiency. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities to increase pay through course completion.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
