Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate vehicles across various terrains and inclement weather. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to customer premises and company facilities as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and fluent English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards
- Ability to walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment
- Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights
- Ability to operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
