Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum services in outdoor environments and educate customers on usage. Field Technicians work outdoors with hand tools, travel to multiple locations, and engage in problem-solving in a dynamic setting. The role includes a career self-progression path from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV with 10% raises at progression levels and bonus coursework; opportunities for industry certification and potential advancement into leadership positions. Requires a High School diploma/GED or equivalent, fluent English, valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and the physical capacity to carry equipment, climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned locations as necessary
