Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, educate customers on usage, and solve complex technical issues while working outdoors in varied environments. Carry tools and equipment over various terrains and weather conditions, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and safely lift up to 75 lbs. Operate a company vehicle to travel to customer premises and facilities, requiring a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Perform duties in confined spaces and at heights while maintaining effective communication and time management. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities and receive on-the-job training to advance through career levels.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
