Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services for residential and business customers while educating them on product usage. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate varying terrains, weather conditions, and inclement weather to reach assigned premises. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate a company vehicle across 41 states. Travel to and from customer locations and company facilities as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Work in confined spaces and at heights while managing small components and wires.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
