Job Summary
Technician installs and services telephone, security, video, and internet systems, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers. Complete installations according to company and industry standards; acquire and return equipment; maintain tools and vehicles; report delays and completions to Dispatch; complete daily reports; keep work vehicle clean and organized; local travel 100% of the time; technical development training/certification required to remain active; follow OSHA and safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of three (3) years of driving history
- Active Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations
- Criminal background check required
- Felony convictions disqualify
- Must pass pre-employment testing
- MVR check
- readiness to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, work in varied environments
