Job Summary
Technician responsible for installing and servicing telephone, security, video, and internet systems; travels locally to customer sites for installations, troubleshooting, and education; must complete all installations per standards, maintain documentation, and coordinate with dispatch; requires strong technical knowledge of cable systems (video, HSI, CDV, HSD), customer-focused communication, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently in customer homes and businesses.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED preferred
- valid driver’s license
- minimum of three (3) years of driving history
- background check clearance
- English fluency
- ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- pass comprehensive criminal background check
- 100% local travel
