Cable Assembler II

Job Summary
Build cable assemblies to meet customer drawings and specifications while following manufacturing instructions and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process. Perform soldering tasks and measure components in inches and increments. Execute additional duties as assigned. This role requires 1-3 years of cable assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens; sponsorship is not provided. Located in Beverly, MA, Amphenol PCD designs and manufactures interconnect products for military, aerospace, and industrial applications, serving hundreds of OEMs globally.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in cable assembly and manufacturing
- Soldering skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and technical drawings
- Ability to measure in inches and increments of inches
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)
- U.S. person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
Desired Qualifications
- Certification to IPC/WHMA-A-620
- J-STD soldering
