Job Summary
Duties include arriving on site in logo’d work attire, following project manager instructions, maintaining a clean workspace, daily progress communication, and working efficiently on home-remodeling projects. Responsibilities cover drilling/installing cabinet drawer glides and hardware, installing cabinet doors/fronts, installing roll-out trays and upgrades, painting cabinet components, and safely operating power tools (table saw, miter saw, router, nail guns). Must be able to work in El Paso County and surrounding communities, interact professionally with customers, take pride in quality workmanship, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and no disqualifying physical limitations; background check and drug policy apply. Preferred experience includes cabinet refacing/installation, cabinet layout understanding, custom shop work, and basic electrical/plumbing handyman tasks. Training and advancement opportunities are provided by an established company with over 30 years in Colorado Springs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
- Must have a clear criminal background and will be subjected to zero-tolerance drug policy.
