Job Summary
The Production Home Assembler is responsible for preparing and assembling building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment. Key responsibilities include operating various hand and power tools, framing and building floors and walls, installing electrical lines and other components, conducting roofing work, and performing cabinet and finish carpentry. Candidates should have basic construction knowledge, the ability to read a tape measure and blueprints, and excellent attention to detail. This role requires physical capabilities like lifting and climbing and a commitment to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to read, write, and speak English

- Ability to read blueprints, a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a high-volume
- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary
