Job Summary
Cabinet Service Technician responsible for cabinet-related installation, carpentry and repair work, hardware installation, and on-site service at existing homes and new construction sites. Must follow job plans, track status in internal systems, operate and maintain tools safely, and coordinate repairs as needed. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to read a tape measure precisely, willingness to learn carpentry methods, and valid driver’s license with a clean record. Work is performed mainly in customer homes and construction sites with exposure to varied conditions and the need to lift over 75 lbs and travel between locations. Prior cabinet installation or trim experience and proficiency with power and hand tools are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Service work experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to learn carpentry methods and techniques
- Ability to use and read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch with accuracy and precision
