Job Summary
Field-based Cabinet Service and Warranty Technician performing punch-list tasks, cabinet and hardware installation, door and cabinet alignment, countertop installation, and related duties for Marsh Kitchen & Bath in Harrisburg, NC. Duties include visiting job sites daily, following manufacturer directions and warranty requirements, tracking time and materials, operating tools safely, keeping the service vehicle clean, and participating in training to learn new materials and installation methods. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–5 years cabinetry punch-list experience, a valid driver’s license, strong customer-service and communication skills, proficiency with hand tools and saws, ability to install cabinet hardware and moldings, and ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 - 5 years of cabinetry punch list experience
- Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain a courteous demeanor with customers at all times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate hand tools and saws
- Ability to install cabinets hardware and moldings
- Ability to learn and follow processes, policies, and procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
