Job Summary
Guide customers through the design, quoting, and purchasing process by consulting on project goals, lifestyle needs, and budget preferences. Create functional, visually appealing cabinet layouts using 2020/Cyncly Design software and present finish selections and product recommendations to homeowners, contractors, and dealers. Assist with product selection, revisions, order placement, and post-sale support including warranty requests. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems, follow up on quotes to maximize conversion, and collaborate with vendors and installers to ensure manufacturable designs. Provide showroom product demonstrations and participate in ongoing training on new lines and design trends.
