Job Summary
Install refacing materials on cabinets by applying veneer and laminates to exteriors, and replace cabinet doors while ensuring precise alignment and fit. Perform all work to Art of Drawers' standards for quality and customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients and team members to maintain a seamless experience. Measure, cut, and install materials with precision using provided materials to minimize administrative burden. Earn an average of $40–$60 per hour based on pace and project size, with opportunities for bonuses and referral fees. Complete a three-day hands-on training program covering installation standards, product systems, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing, or similar carpentry and installation work
- Ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
