Job Summary
Cabinet Operations Lead responsible for owning and delivering Project Glide across markets, harmonizing and digitalizing end-to-end cabinet operations, and improving cabinet ROIC. Lead cross-functional execution, finalize development with markets and external vendors, identify bottlenecks in cabinet operations processes using iOPs methodology, and co-create scalable solutions. Drive global cabinet capex/ROIC processes, coordinate with Finance to allocate investments, and pilot alternative models like leasing or cabinet rental. Craft and harmonize cabinet designs, maintain maintenance workflows (de-icing, repair, scrapping), and embed global benchmarks. Collaborate with R&D and suppliers, define KPIs, and share best practices through playbooks while ensuring adherence to Unilever minimum technical requirements for cabinets. The role emphasizes cross-market impact, data-informed decision making, and transformation leadership in a fast-growing FMCG environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Cabinet Operations Expertise: operational experience in IC CD/SC ideally in Field Sales and/or Cabinet Operations and Fleet Management
- Technology design and deployment: design of Cabinet Management Systems (CMS) tools and system deployment projects
- Global/Regional exposure: experience across multiple markets or global role
- Project Delivery: experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tech partners
