Job Summary
Supervise entire installation work onsite, ensuring areas are ready, products are staged, and delivery coordinates with the General Contractor, Project Manager, and Production Department. Collaborate with installers in the field to troubleshoot challenges, maintain clean job sites, and uphold safety regulations through weekly tailgate talks and compliance checks. Document special install items, complete daily reports, and perform field dimension tasks while communicating effectively with all project stakeholders. Maintain organized work areas, ensure safety information is current, and attend handoff meetings to clarify job scope. Requires a good driving record, national travel ability, and cabinetry certification.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a good driving record

- Have the ability to travel nationally when needed
- Possess previous knowledge and experience in Millwork/Casework installation
- Possess Cabinetry certification
- Have 3+ years' experience in related field
- Have previous management/leadership experience
- Have working knowledge of the carpentry/construction industry, including processes, procedures, equipment, tools and machinery
- Have knowledge of AWI quality standards
- Be computer savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Be able to lift weights up to 100 pounds
- Be able to stand approximately 100% of the work shift
- Be able to reach up to heights of 60 inches
- Be able to work in outside weather conditions
- Be able to perform weekly tailgate safety talks
- Have Immunizations/Testing
- Have a good driving record
