Job Summary
Develop retail and builder customer relationships while assisting clients through the selection process. Prepare project bids to ensure jobs meet margin goals and manage projects from start to finish in collaboration with the support team. Maintain current product knowledge and refine sales techniques by developing sales materials and participating in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Occasionally make job site visits and ensure the showroom and workspace remain neat and orderly. Enter and process all paperwork while collaborating with internal team members to resolve issues. Follow safety policies and enforce company guidelines. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager, scheduled for one evening per week and two Saturdays monthly, with opportunities to build an interior design career.
