Job Summary
Manage sales and supply chain activities for assigned product lines to maximize revenues and profitability. Responsibilities include tracking product performance, planning sales efforts, visiting customers to provide support, developing product strategy, monitoring inventory, and delivering presentations to the sales force and customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, five years of product sales experience, and strong knowledge of the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field
- Five (5) years product sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of business-to-business selling
- Advanced knowledge of products or product lines
- Strong knowledge of construction industry
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to think strategically, forecast and drive sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Ability to use tact and skill in dealing with other staff, management and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
