Job Summary
Manage sales and supply chain for assigned product lines to maximize revenue and profitability, conduct competitive analysis, and develop strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include customer site visits for sales and support, monitoring inventory and coordinating deliveries, and training both sales teams and customers. Requires strong sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field
- Five (5) years product sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Working knowledge of business-to-business selling
- Advanced knowledge of products or product lines
- Strong knowledge of construction industry
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to think strategically, forecast and drive sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Ability to use tact and skill in dealing with other staff, management and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
