Cabinet Assembler/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Cabinet Assemblers/Warehouse Associates are responsible for assembling quality cabinets from start to finish, inspecting parts for defects, using power tools and reading a tape measure, and supporting warehouse operations including fulfillment of customer orders. ProCraft will train employees to use pneumatic tools, help meet production quotas, work both independently and as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail to ensure cabinets are clean and defect-free. The role emphasizes building quality cabinets, timely completion of tasks, adherence to safety and measurement standards, and learning new skills on the job.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs. regularly throughout the day
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch
- Willingness to learn
- Able to follow job-related instructions and perform duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
