Job Summary
Construct cabinets and counter tops from scratch or pre-cut parts, ensuring the highest quality product while meeting company performance standards and customer specifications. Operate glue presses, sprayers, and various power tools including drill presses, table saws, and band saws according to established procedures. Apply laminates and complete special projects as assigned, utilizing hand tools and reading basic shop drawings to maintain accuracy. This temporary, first-shift role in Fond du Lac, WI offers a starting pay of $19 to $23 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a tape measure and apply measurements to processes
- Ability to operate hand tools, in a safe and effect manner, DA Sander, hand drill, miter saw, skill saw, various drills, buffer, utility knife, etc.
- Ability to read basic shop drawings
- Ability to operate drill press, table saws, band saw, hand grinder, punch press, belt sander
