Job Summary
Cabinet Assembler responsible for the complete assembly of cabinets and quality control. Inspect parts for cleanliness and flaws; if flaws exist, file a nonconforming material report and notify management. Verify that completed items are constructed accurately and finishes are applied as required. Learn to use pneumatic tools and consistently meet production quotas. Training provided to develop skills; growth path to management within the organization is highlighted based on performance. Work both independently and as part of a team, with emphasis on reliability, attention to detail, and professional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs. regularly
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch
- Familiarity with cabinet fabrication or related experience preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and training provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
