Job Summary
Lead end-to-end inflight connectivity programs (e.g., Starlink integration) for Citadel, directing scope, schedule, budget, and quality; establish KPIs for sales growth, profitability, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction; develop tailored connectivity packages with Engineering/Operations; manage vendor coordination, certifications, and installation; create sales proposals, pricing strategies, and financial analyses to ensure profitability; monitor trends in SATCOM, Wi-Fi, and cabin networks to propose innovative solutions; provide regular executive KPI/risk reports; requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in aviation program/project management with strong connectivity systems expertise; preferred Master’s degree and PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in aviation
- Demonstrated success in KPIs related to sales, program delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of aircraft connectivity systems (SATCOM, Wi-Fi, routers, cabin network)
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Excellent communication skills for executive/client audiences
