Cabin Service Supervisor - Overnight

Cabin Services Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient cleaning of aircraft cabins, including preparing cleaning solvents, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, disinfection, and ensuring safety within the cabin. The role includes planning work and communicating with management and airlines representatives, overseeing and directing cleaning functions across assigned aircraft, mentoring and directing agents and leads, ensuring supplies and equipment are ready and properly used, maintaining protective clothing, and coordinating daily work assignments, lunches, and breaks. The position emphasizes safety, security, wellbeing, and compliance, with required adherence to a Substance Misuse Policy. The role requires 18+ years old, a valid US driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment testing (drug test and physical), English proficiency, ability to lift 70 lbs, ability to obtain badges/seals, and flexibility for variable shifts including weekends and holidays. The work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required; prior supervisory and cabin cleaning experience is a plus.
