Job Summary
Cabin Service Supervisor responsible for the safe and efficient cleaning of aircraft cabins, overseeing cleaning functions, mentoring and directing agents/leads, ensuring supplies and equipment are prepared and maintained, and ensuring safety, security, and compliance. Role includes daily planning of work assignments, coordinating manpower with management, and communicating with airline representatives to ensure high-quality cabin cleaning across assigned aircraft. The position requires supervising cleaning teams, enforcing safety protocols, managing cleaning solvents and materials, and operating in both indoor and outdoor settings, with flexibility for variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Pay is $22.00 hourly (annualized to $45,760).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess and maintain valid US driver's license
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and a physical
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be comfortable lifting 70 lbs repetitively
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- The job is done both in and outdoors which will require you to work in all weather conditions
- Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Prior supervision and cabin cleaning experience a plus
- Previous cabin cleaning experience preferred
