Job Summary
Lead end-to-end cabin program activities (NPI, transfers of cabin work packages, and in-service issues) with suppliers across Airbus sites; drive manufacturing readiness (MRL), APQP governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Role requires coordination with supplier teams, frequent on-site interaction, and ability to influence at executive levels; strong communication in a multilingual environment and fluency in English. 7+ years aviation industry experience in project management, design and production; ability to work in the US without sponsorship/work authorization; Master’s/Graduate degree in engineering, quality or program management; Columbus-wide mobility and willingness to participate in a flexible remote/work arrangement where applicable.
