Cabin Leader - Male Staff - Camp Shady Brook

Cabin Leader responsible for the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of a group of youth campers on a 24-hour basis. Duties include facilitating community living in a cabin or tent platform, planning and leading group activities, supervising campers within established policies, monitoring health and hygiene, teaching recreation and environmental studies, and acting as a positive role model who embodies caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Must be physically fit to hike and lift, mentally alert to recognize hazards, and capable of emergency response and care. Travel with the team and participate in staff training and meetings; may work weekends and assist with housekeeping/office/kitchen duties as needed. Weekly salary of $480.00.
