Job Summary
Attend an in-person assessment day on 31 August 2026 at 10:30am following application review. Demonstrate legal entitlement to work across the EU, meet height requirements between 157 cm and 188 cm, and swim 25 meters unaided. Show a customer service-oriented background, flexibility for shift rosters, and comfort speaking English. Provide excellent service with a can-do attitude and passion for travel. This assessment is part of the recruitment process for Cabin Crew positions operating out of a Ryanair base, offering competitive salary, staff travel benefits, and flexible 5 days on/3 days off rosters.
Required Qualifications
- A customer service-oriented background, ie previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, shop etc
- Applicants must demonstrate their legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU
- You must be between approximately 5'2 (157 cm) and 6'2 (188 cm) in height
- You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
