Job Summary
Cabin Cleaning Agent cleans and sanitizes aircraft interiors to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers and crew. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing cabins (seats, tray tables, windows, overhead bins, aisles, galleys, lavatories), removing trash, restocking supplies, vacuuming, disinfecting high-touch areas, and ensuring tasks are completed within scheduled turnaround times. Must follow airport safety, security, and sanitation procedures, properly use cleaning chemicals and PPE, report equipment or safety hazards, collaborate with team and airline personnel, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced airport environment, and perform other duties as requested. Safety, wellbeing, and compliance requirements include health and safety responsibilities, substance misuse policy adherence, and applicable company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
- Must be able to take verbal direction in English
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or hospitality experience
- Airport ramp and aircraft cabin environment familiarity
