Stock the bar, prepare garnishes and pre-mixed drinks, and greet members and guests before opening. Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic beverages according to approved standard recipes while taking and placing guest orders. Inspect the bar for adequate supplies, maintain inventory records for liquors, beers, and wine, and clean and lock the bar area after closing. Serve food and drinks in a friendly manner, place orders with the kitchen, and verify check accuracy including taxes and tips. Handle cash and credit card charges per standard operating procedures and attend staff meetings and training as required.
