The Cabana Crew is responsible for providing excellent service to guests at beach amenities, ensuring customer satisfaction through positive interactions. Key duties include setting up beach areas, maintaining cleanliness, assisting members with their needs, and delivering food orders. Successful candidates should possess strong teamwork and communication skills, be able to stand for long hours, and adhere to a flexible work schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8+ hours working in all weather conditions
- Must pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays
Additional Requirements
