Job Summary
Product Design Engineer, Operator Station for John Deere Dubuque Works in Dubuque, IA: Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings for operator station structures; collaborate across PDP process; work with internal and external suppliers to improve design quality and durability; coordinate work instructions and quality validation for contracts and ETEC; provide technical support to marketing, product support, manufacturing/assembly, quality and supply management groups; travel up to 25% (typically up to 10%); visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- 1+ years of experience with 3D CAD modeling software (Creo)
- 1+ years of experience with the manufacturing processes of structures and sheet metal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
