CAA ICON – Project Control Manager (San Antonio)

CAA ICON seeks a Project Controls Manager in San Antonio, TX to consolidate project expenditures and forecasted expenditures into budget reports, monitor overall project cost accuracy (hard and soft costs), and manage documentation for invoices, pay applications, and draw requests. Responsibilities include tracking costs, cash flow, and exposure logs; updating budget and contingency adjustments; coordinating with the client’s finance department; leading monthly lender site-walks and budget review meetings; evaluating change orders and cost implications; negotiating GMP during pre-construction; and ensuring alignment of contractor payments with work-in-place and procurement standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field), 5-7 years of related experience including supervisory/managerial experience, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team, with travel as needed. Knowledge of Design Build and CMAR agreements and FF&E procurement is expected.
